- No incentivised reviews. We will not offer discounts, free repairs, or any other incentive in exchange for leaving a review. Reviews will only be published once linked to a confirmed completed job, and they must reflect a genuine, unsolicited opinion.
- No cherry-picking. We will publish the feedback we receive — the positive and the constructive. We will not suppress reviews because they are critical or less than five-star.
- Verification required. Every review published here will be linked to a confirmed completed job before it appears on the page. We will not publish reviews from people who have not used our platform.
- No fake reviews. We will not commission, write, or publish fabricated reviews. Every piece of feedback will come from a real homeowner whose job was completed through our network. We will never populate this page with invented testimonials, stock phrases, or unattributed example quotes presented as real reviews.
- Moderation for relevance. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal information, or content unrelated to the repair service — but we will not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
